Legendary Telugu Actor Dr. Akkineni Nageswara Rao Dies of Cancer

Legendary Telugu actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao passed away at a private hospital in Hyderabad at 2.12 am on Wednesday after battling cancer for several months. He was 91.

Nageswara Rao was Born on September 20, 1923 in Venkata Raghavapuram of Krishna district, this first generation actor in Telugu debuted with Dharmapatni in 1941. There was no looking back and he went on to showcase his skills as an actor par excellence in 256 films, including Devadasu, Laila Majnu, Anarkali, Premabhishekham, Prema Nagar and Megha Sandesham to name a few.

He was honoured with India's second highest civilian award Padma Vibhushan in 2011. He was also honoured with Padma Shri,Dada Saheb Phalke Award and the Raghupathi Venkaiah Award

He is credited with being a pioneer in shifting Telugu film industry from then Madras to Hyderabad.

He established Annapurna studios and his son Nagarjuna , daughter-in-law Amala and several grandsons followed in ANR's footsteps to become actors.

Soon as news of his demise spread, there was a steady stream of people from the Telugu film industry and other fields of society, to his house in Jubilee Hills. His body is being shifted to Annapurna Studios, where it will be kept for people to pay their last respects.

ANR's Last Movie was Manam, Which is yet to be released that casts three generations of the Akkineni family including himself, actor Nagarjuna and grandson Naga Chaitanya in it.

Notable Persons from all fields around the Nation expressed their Condolences to the Family.

Nazriya Nazim Got Engaged!

Breaking the hearts of Fans, Nazriya Nazim announced her Engagement News through her facebook page Yesterday. She was Engaged With Actor Fahadh Faasil.

Fahadh, son of director-producer Fazil, who made his debut in 2002 with the unsuccessful Kaiyethum Doorath, which was directed by his father, surprised all in his return in 2009 and since then delivered hit after hit.

The talented youngster won many awards too in his second innings and acted in critically acclaimed films such as Akam, Chaappa Kurishu, 22 Female Kottayam, Diamond Necklace, Annayum Rasoolum and Amen.

The official Facebook pages of both actors announced Monday morning that they got engaged. Fahadh posted a picture of Nazriya and wrote: “Got engaged with Nazriya Nazim”.

Nazriya uploaded a picture of Fahadh saying “Friends.. I have got engaged with Fahadh Faasil. Thanks for all your wishes.”

Fahadh Told Reporters that the Marriage will be in the Month of August and the date was yet to be Decided.

Facebook Acquired Bangalore Based Little Eye Labs

Facebook set to buy Indian Startup Little Eye Labs for $15 Million.

Bangalore-based Little Eye Labs has become the first Indian firm to be bought by Facebook, going from creation to acquisition in less than 18 months.

For Facebook, the deal helps in its push towards the mobile environment, and at areally cheap price. An investor in Little Eye said the American company was striking a really good bargain; such a package would have cost much more anywhere else in the world. Little Eye is majority-owned by its team of eight, including the five founders. GSF SuperAngels and VenturEast Tenet had invested a total of about $400,000 (Rs 2.5 crore) in the fledgling company nine months ago.





The deal has enthused the startup community in India with many believing that this is only the beginning of many more such transactions.

Little Eye Labs was founded in August 2012 by Rangarajan and his colleagues from Rational Software. The entire Little Eye Labs team will move to Facebook's headquarters in Menlo Park, California.

He Texted "I Love You " to his wife and also intimated his friends before committing suicide. When he is moved to Apollo Hospital, Doctors declared him Dead.

Indigenous GSLV-5D Grand Success

Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro) on Sunday successfully launched GSLV-D5 rocket, which is powered by an indigenous cryogenic engine, from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota at 4:18 PM IST.

Earlier for every satellite, Isro used to depend on countries like Russia to get Cryogenic Engines. Previous Satellites were equipped with cryogenic engines which are imported from Russia. GSLV-D5 is equipped with Purely Indigenous efforts.

With this Great Effort by the ISRO Scientists, INDIA joined the group of very few countries who can create their own cryogenic Engines. Earlier USA, Russia, China, Japan, France were in this Group.

This Satellite Carried Transponders which are very vastly used in Telecommunications, Tele Medicine, Direct To Home Services, Satellite Channels etc. By This the dependency on other country satellites is minimized.

When Sholay first hit the screens in 1975, it was pegged as the greatest story ever told and the greatest star cast ever assembled such as Amitabh Bachan, Dharmendra, Amjad Khan, Hemamalini, JayaBhaduri etc. It was Directed by Ramesh Sippy and Written by Salim Javed.

Songs and Background Music are Re energized by Raju Singh are Good.

Sholay was not initially picturised keeping 3D in Mind. So the Movie has no much 3D Impact but the Train Sequence and other Action Sequences in Particular has a very Good View in 3D.

Since it is already reviewed as one of the best pictures and Most of the Viewers are well known with the Plot and Story. This Review Does Not Have Much To Say.

Seven Times World Formula One Champion, Micheal Schumacher was into his 45th year on January 3rd 2014. Ferrari Fans all over the world held a Silent Tribute for their star who is in a Critical Coma Condition in French Hospital. 

The retired seven-time world champion slammed his head against a rock on Sunday while skiing in the French Alps and has had two operations to remove bleeding and pressure on his brain.

The Ferrari F1 team, with whom Schumacher spent many years, announced it would on Friday hold a silent gathering in front of the Grenoble hospital where he is being treated to mark the birthday of their ex-driver, who is being kept in an induced coma.

Schumacher is the most successful Formula One driver of all time with a record 91 race victories in a career spanning more than two decades. The German won five successive titles with Ferrari before retiring from the team at the end of 2006.

Ferrari fans held a vigil for Michael Schumacher on his 45th birthday on Friday, gathering outside the French hospital.

"Happy Birthday my brother Michael! Be strong!! Be strong!! Don't give up!! We are praying for you," wrote Ferrari driver Felipe Massa. Another former team mate, Rubens Barrichello, wrote "Keep it up, man ... I know ur (sic) fighting."
